AS 100
New fabrication system with numerous profile cutting and notching options is as flexible as a modern 5-axis CNC machine.
With its high speed, continuous fabrication process and occasional unmanned operation, the Schüco AS 100 offers the benefits of a continuous feed system.
This is due to a combined loading and unloading magazine, which can hold profiles up to 7500 mm. In proportion to its required space, this magazine enables the longest unmanned operation of all the machines on the market.
The heart of the machine is the processing station: a 9 m machine bed accommodates not only the two 5-axis towers, which pro-cess the profiles on four sides – including cutting and end-of-profile processing, but also five self-positioning clamps.

The machine creates a fully automatic punching process for a wide range of profile geometries. In addition, the CC 800 guarantees a high process speed and punches a frame every 70 seconds.

For efficient crimping of the 4 corner joints in windows, doors and façade units made from continuous, mitre-cut aluminium profiles.
CC 400 E:
- One fixed crimping head, two easy-to-position crimping heads on tracks and one freely moveable crimping head on a steel worktop
- Electronic positioning of the two linear heads
- Flexible crimping head which can be positioned by means of 2 lasers
- Electronic positioning of the top crimping knife More space as stop blocks are not required
- 2 mm profile wall
- Larger wall thicknesses on request
- Min. distance between bottom and top knife is 27 mm
- Max. distance is 160 mm (without modification), with use of 208 mm crimping knife

Door profile assembly bench Type 2 with height adjustment: The door profile assembly bench provides an effective facility for assembling fittings on door profiles. The assembly bench has storage space for fittings so that the employee always has the necessary accessories to hand. When assembling the fittings, the profile is clamped and can be rotated 90° forwards and backwards (in 15° increments). Plans or diagrams can be hung at eye level.
